ANDERSONVILLE — The neighborhood's famed Swedish-flag water tank will soon be replaced

One catch — the replica won't function as a water tower anymore. 

The old one had to be taken down earlier this year, after the brutal winter weather took its toll on the structure and threatened to completely collapse.
