CHICAGO — One man was killed and two others were critically wounded in a shooting early Sunday morning in Tri-Taylor.

The three men were attending a party in a basement apartment in the 800 block of South Oakley Boulevard when shots were fired at 3:10 a.m, said Officer Ana Pacheco, a Chicago police spokeswoman.

A 24-year-old man was shot in his face and taken to Stroger Hospital where he was pronounced dead, Pacheco said.

A 33-year-old man was shot in his chest and back and was transported to Stroger Hospital where he was listed in critical condition. A 26-year-old man was shot in his abdomen and back and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital where he was listed in critical condition, Pacheco said.

No one is in custody.
