CHICAGO — A new single-family home is being built in Lincoln Park, and it's on the market for $3.4 million.
The home at 2121 N. Dayton St. is a proposed new construction, according to @properties' Danny Glick.
Chicago-based contractor Foster Design Build is slated to build the home, and they "are known for timeless design and meticulous workmanship," according to Glick.
Spanning 5,200 square feet, the home will have six bedrooms and 5½ bathrooms. The living and dining rooms will be formal, while the chef's-grade eat-in kitchen will be outfitted with custom cabinets.
It will have an expansive great room and a "lavish" master suite complete with a master bedroom.
Throughout the home there will be five fireplaces. A wine cellar, a 2½-car garage and a mud room are among some of the new home's features.
New owners can still select the finishes, according to Glick.
The neighborhood schools are Mayer Elementary School and Lincoln Park High School.
