Radio Extra: High School That Inspired 'Grease' Will Perform the Musical

NORWOOD PARK — Grease and Taft High School go together like "rama lamma lamma" and "ka dinga da dinga dong."

In case you didn't know, the musical's co-writer Jim Jacobs is Taft alum, and he wrote the play based on his experiences on Chicago's Northwest Side. 

And now, as "Summer Nights" give way to 5 p.m. sunsets, Taft students are preparing to perform the musical based on the school.
