LINCOLN PARK — "Survivors will be prosecuted."

Apparently a "Beware of dog" sign just wouldn't cut it outside the 114-year-old former Mulligan Elementary School at 1855 N. Sheffield. 

Repeated vandalism at the historic former school being turned into apartments in Lincoln Park forced the developer to hire growling guard dogs to patrol the site, but the block's latest residents are leaving some neighbors a bit concerned.

Paul Biasco spent a few nights checking out the location, and on today's DNAinfo Radio Extra, he says the dogs did make plenty of noise:
