LINCOLN PARK — The Green City Market is moving indoors, just in time for the winter blast that struck this week.

Saturday, Nov. 1, is the first day of the indoor market, which is held inside the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum.

The list of participating vendors shrinks a bit when the market heads indoors, but 40 vendors are signed up for Saturday.

During the indoor season the market is only held on Saturdays, unlike the summer when it is also on Wednesdays in the park. The market will be in hibernation until mid April.

A full schedule of the indoor markets is available at greencitymarket.org.

Parking is available along Cannon Drive or in the metered lot directly across from the museum for $5 for two hours.
