WEST PULLMAN — The Salvation Army plan to feature a family atmosphere at its Halloween party, called Hallelujah Night.
The party runs from 4-9 p.m. Friday at the Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center, 1250 W. 119th St. While costumes are allowed, no gruesome or provocative ones will be allowed inside, officials said.
Admission is $5 for Kroc center members and $7 for non-members. Advance tickets can be bought at the Kroc Center from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Activities are being planned for all ages, such as swimming, arts and crafts, a magic show from 5-7 p.m. and a Zumba class at 6 p.m. The event will also feature food and music.
The Kroc Center also has an aquatic center complete with diving boards and a mini-water park for children; a 4,000-square-foot fitness center, which has exercise classes specifically for women; a 200-room banquet hall and a 600-seat theater, both available for private use.
