HYDE PARK — Willie and Bethany Pickens will join the Curtis Black Quartet for a performance for the Hyde Park Neighborhood Club’s annual gala.

The event will celebrate the Hyde Park rec center’s 105th anniversary at 6 p.m. Nov. 7 at the club, 5480 S. Kenwood Ave.

The father-daughter Pickens duo will join the Curtis Black Quartet, which for more than two decades has held down the Sunday night jam sessions at Jimmy’s Woodlawn Tap.

Tickets are $75 and are available at hpnclub.org.
