UPTOWN — Paul Collurafici felt bad for bored friends accompanying his tattoo clients that he's decided to give them beer.
In fact, Collurafici went ahead and gave them a whole bar. And patrons can still watch their friend get inked, via a television with a live feed of the action next door.
