WEST ROGERS PARK — The West Rogers Park Community Organization plans to host a forum Monday to discuss an elected school board in Chicago.

It's titled, "Why Chicago Needs an Elected School Board."

Panelists include Will Guzzardi, the Democratic state representative candidate in the 39th District; Wendy Katten, the director of Raise Your Hand; and Roderick Wilson, executive director of Lugenia Burns Hope Center.

The discussion is from 7-8:30 p.m. Monday at Devon Bank, 6445 N. Western Ave.
