CHICAGO— Some northbound and southbound lanes on Interstate 55 will be closed on Saturday during a routine bridge inspection, the Illinois Department of Transportation said.
During the inspection of the Pulaski Road bridge, various northbound and southbound lanes will be closed on Saturday from 7-11 a.m.
IDOT urged motorists to adhere to road signs and obey speed limits. In addition, drivers should expect delays and build in extra time for commuting.
