CHICAGO — A three-unit building ready to be converted to a single-family home is on the market in Lincoln Park for $2.8 million.

Currently, 646 W. Fullerton Parkway is made up of three separate apartments, but @properties' Emily Sachs Wong is selling the whole building in what she calls a "rare offering."

The first-floor apartment has three en-suite bedrooms and a separate family room, while the second- and third-floor apartments each two have bedrooms and one bathroom, according to Sachs Wong.

There are seven bedrooms and five full bathrooms in total.

Built in 1881, the building sits on a 48-foot-by-176-foot lot complete with a yard and a garden.

It also has a five-car garage.

According to Sachs Wong, the offering is an "outstanding opportunity" to own a home with an "amazing" East Lincoln Park address.

The neighborhood schools are Lincoln Elementary School and Lincoln Park High School.
