LINCOLN PARK — Free pumpkin pie milkshakes and cupcakes are on the docket for this month's Lincoln Park Local.
The monthly gathering of small businesses has grown over the year to include more than 20 businesses.
This month's will be held Thursday in the parking lot of Bridgeview Bank, 1970 N. Halsted Street, from 4 to 7 p.m.
Edzo's Burger Shop will be serving up samples of pumpkin pie milkshakes, Swirlz will be giving out cupcakes and Johnnie's Beef and others will be offering up free food.
The free event will also include a number of freebies from neighborhood businesses and a chance to meet many of the people running Lincoln Park's small businesses.
