LAKEVIEW — If you've got piles of old bank statements sitting around the house, bring them by Ald. Tom Tunney's (44th) office this Saturday.

The alderman is hosting a shredding day from 9 a.m.-noon at 3223 N. Sheffield Ave.

Midway Movers will shred two boxes of documents per household. They ask you remove staples, paper clips and binder clips before you get there.
