CHICAGO — The Chicago Police Department released surveillance pictures of the four suspects in a $250,000 theft from a high-end Gold Coast retailer Saturday afternoon.

Around 12:30 p.m., police responded to a call of a theft at the retailer in the 800 block of North Rush Street, said Officer Jose Estrada, a Chicago Police Department spokesman.

Two men and two women stole several high-end watches from a glass case before fleeing, Estrada said. The watches were reportedly worth $250,000.

Officers said a man opened the glass cabinet by pulling the glass apart at the edges. That suspect and another man removed the watches from the display cabinet while the two women acted as lookouts, police said. All four then fled in a silver minivan.

Anyone with information about the incident should call detectives at 312-747-8384.
