CHICAGO — A Lawndale man is charged with a shooting a 28-year-old man Thursday.
Authorities said Tyree Bradley, 22, of the 1500 block of South Kostner Avenue, shot a man twice in 3600 block of West 16th Street about 10:30 p.m. Thursday night.
The man was shot in the wrist and leg and grazed by a bullet on his head. He was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center, where his condition had stabilized.
Police said Bradley fled the scene after shooting the man, and was apprehended soon thereafter. Bradley was shot in the lower arm during the incident, police said. He was taken to Stroger Hospital, where he was treated.
He was due to appear in court Saturday.
