Chicago Antique Market Hits the West Loop This Weekend

WEST LOOP — The Randolph Street Market Festival brings antiques and vintage finds to the West Loop this weekend.

The European-style, indoor-outdoor market, open 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, will feature furniture, vintage clothing, jewelry and other collectibles from more than 200 vendors.

This month’s antique market, at 1340 W. Washington Blvd. and 1350 W. Randolph St., will include:

• A vinyl swap meet featuring thousands of collectible records

• A food market offering chocolates, cakes, breads, spices, olive oils and salsa

• A global goods bazaar with crafts and artisan goods representing Chicago’s ethnic neighborhoods

New this weekend, the market will feature early shopping hours Saturday for serious vintage enthusiasts who want first dibs on the vintage finds.

Doors for early ticket holders will open at 8 a.m. outdoors and 9 a.m. indoors. Early shopping tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the doo,r and 100 percent of the proceeds benefit the Chicago House charity.

Advance tickets to the general market, open at 10 a.m., are $8 for adults and $3 for students. Kids 12 and under are free.

The market will also feature an appraisal service, onsite furniture delivery service and art restoration services.
