UPTOWN — Lily Allen, the British songstress who said her latest album "Sheezus" was "a little nod to Kanye West" and his album "Yeezus," is coming to Uptown this month to perform at the Riviera Theatre.

The Tuesday show at the Riviera, 4746 N. Racine Ave., also features New York-based band Lolawolf, and is the Chicago leg of Allen's worldwide "Sheezus" tour, the pop star's first tour in North America in five years.

It starts at 7:30 p.m. and is an all-ages show, according to the venue. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.

Allen accompanied child actor turned controversial pop star Miley Cyrus on the U.S. leg of her international Bangerz tour this past summer, and recently appeared on stage at New York City's Terminal 5 wearing what the Daily Mail described as a "baby bottle embellished shirt" that included sequins and a pink feather trim.

The Daily Mail quipped that the young mother "has clearly been taking inspiration from the controversial hit-maker's wacky costumes."

Tickets to her Riviera show cost $28.50 and can be bought here.
