EDISON PARK — The fourth annual Edison Park Restaurant Week will give diners a chance to sample some of the neighborhood's best restaurants without breaking the bank.

Started in 2010 by the Edison Park Chamber of Commerce to boost business during a slow time of year, the event — which runs through Sunday — showcases nine local restaurants, organizers said.

The participating restaurants will offer a three-course fixed-price meal. Prices will vary per location. Beverages, tax and tip are not included. Reservations are strongly recommended for dinner.

Participating restaurants are Cafe Touche, Don Juan's Chicago, Edison Park Inn, Elliott's Seafood Grille & Chop House, Firewater Saloon, Moretti's Edison Park, Nonno Pino's Italian Kitchen in Edison Park, The Curragh Irish Pub and Zia's Trattoria.
