BOYSTOWN — Kit Kat Lounge is dishing up Bloody Mary's and bloody movies this Sunday with an "Evil Dead: The Musical" brunch.
From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., guests can watch the cult-classic Sam Raimi film while listening to drag queen Madam X perform songs from the musical comedy version.
There'll be build-your-own Bloody Mary's and mimosas, and martinis are half-price. Kit Kat will also sell a $7 "Necronomicon" cocktail, made with Lunazul Tequila, Blood Mary spices, balsamic vinegar, lime juice, a celery-salt rim and a beer float.
Anyone who attends can enter a raffle to win tickets to see "Evil Dead: The Musical" at the Broadway Playhouse at Water Tower Place from Sept. 23-Oct. 12. The musical is known for its "Splatter Zone," where guests get drenched in fake blood.
