Women's Health Day Set for Sept. 19 in Englewood

ENGLEWOOD — The nonprofit CommunityHealth is sponsoring a health and wellness day for women that will offer a range of free services.

The Women's Health Day event runs from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Sept. 19 at the Englewood Neighborhood Health Clinic, 641 W. 63rd St., and will include free health information, yoga and zumba demonstrations, massages, nail painting, and refreshments.

In addition to its Englewood clinic CommunityHealth also has a clinic in West Town at 2611 W. Chicago Ave. and provides free services such as primary, specialty (e.g. cardiology, gynecology, neurology), preventive health screenings, vaccinations and dental care to to low-income and uninsured adults.
