CHICAGO — An extra-wide corner home in a "park-like setting" is on the market in Lincoln Park for $1.92 million, according to Jameson Sotheby's International Realty's Tim Salm.

The home at 841 W. Chalmers Place is "steps to the best of what city living offers: shops, culture, restaurants and transportation," Salm said.

Built in 1905, the 5,400-square-foot home has six bedrooms, five bathrooms and a "flowing floor plan," said Salm.

In addition to spacious bedrooms and common areas, the home has three fireplaces and a roof deck and patio to enjoy the greenery outside.

Throughout the "rarely available" home, large windows provide a lot of natural light and views of greenery, according to the property listing's pictures.

The neighborhood schools are Oscar Mayer Elementary and Lincoln Park High.
