MCKINLEY PARK — An upcoming seminar aims to help the 65 and older-crowd with Medicare enrollment and eligibility.

The free "Money Smart" event takes place at 2 p.m. Sept. 22 at the McKinley Park branch of the Chicago Public Library, 1915 W. 35th St.

Organizers say the topics will include "eligibility, enrollment and the benefits of Medicare Parts A and B and the standardized Medicare Supplement Plans available in Illinois." It runs about an hour and 15 minutes.

The presentation is co-hosted by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois.
