CHICAGO — A man is in good condition after being shot in Humboldt Park Thursday evening.
The incident occurred in the 3800 block of West Grand Avenue around 6:55 p.m., according to Officer Ana Pacheco, a police spokeswoman.
The man, 32, was outside when two men walked up to him and one of them pulled out a gun and fired shots, striking the 32-year-old in his right foot, Pacheco said.
He was taken to St. Mary's Hospital in good condition.
Police said the man has documented gang ties.
No one is in custody for this shooting.
