CHICAGO — A 23-year-old man was shot outside his home when he confronted a man near his car in West Englewood.
Around 10:40 p.m. Wednesday, the 23-year-old man went outside the home of the 800 block of 68th Street after hearing a man damaging his car. The man was grazed in his shoulder during the confrontation. He was transported to St. Bernard Hospital, where his condition stabilized, said Officer Janel Sedevic, a Chicago police spokeswoman.
No one is in custody for the shooting.
