ARMOUR SQUARE — Let the smack talk commence.

Members of the Chicago Police Department will face off against their public safety comrades in the Chicago Fire Department at the 15th Annual "Finest Vs. Bravest" Charity Baseball Game.

The event takes place 7-10 p.m. Sept. 5 at U.S. Cellular Field and begins with a tribute to fallen officers and firefighters.

Parking is free and the gates open at 5 p.m. Tailgating is permitted and the ballpark's concession stands will be open for business.

Tickets cost $5 in advance — available online here — or $10 at the door.

Proceeds will benefit the Chicago Police Memorial Foundation, a group that raises money for police officers injured or killed in the line of duty.
