Where Watch Parties Are for Little League World Series Sunday in Chicago

CHICAGO — Fans of the Jackie Robinson West Little League team that won the U.S. championship Saturday can join in the fun Sunday as the team takes on its international rival.

Watch parties for the 2 p.m. game are being held at:

• The Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center, at 1250 W. 119th Street.

• On State Street near ABC7, between Randolph and Lake.

• The House of Hope, 752 E. 114th St. The 10,000-seat arena is the home of Salem Baptist Church of Chicago, pastored by the Rev. James Meeks.

The game is also being broadcast on ABC7.

The coach of the Morgan Park-based Jackie Robinson team, Darold Butler, handicaps the team's chances here.
