CHICAGO — A 17-year-old boy was fatally shot in Morgan Park Sunday night.
Around 9 p.m., the boy was found in an alley in the 1100 block of West 112th Place after being shot multiple times. He was taken in critical condition to Advocate Christ Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead, said Officer Amina Greer, a police spokeswoman.
Jerome Harris, of the 11000 block of South State Street, was pronounced dead at 9:57 p.m. Sunday, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
No one is in custody for the shooting.
