ENGLEWOOD — An upcoming family night at Kusanya Cafe in Englewood is something Tina Steele, co-owner of Life Organics in Chatham, said she would like to make a monthly event.

"We sponsored a karaoke night at Kusanya in April and it went over well," Steele said. "The summertime is when people are really looking to get out the house and do something fun, and karaoke is one way to have fun."

The next karaoke night is from 7-9 p.m. Aug. 2 at Kusanya, 825 W. 69th St., which will also include promotional products by Life Organics as a way to introduce the Chatham-based business to Englewood residents, added Steele.

"A table will be set up for people to stop by and receive information about places they can go to shop and eat healthy," Steele said.
