CHICAGO — Ever wondered what Wrigleyville looked like 80 years ago?
On Thursday night, you'll have your answer when two historians talk neighborhood history at the Lincoln Belmont Library, 1659 W. Melrose St., at 6:30 p.m.
In honor of the Cubs' 100th anniversary, authors Pat Butler ("Hidden History of Ravenswood and Lake View") and Matthew Nickerson ("Images of America: Lake View") will take a look at the neighborhood surrounding Wrigley Field.
The authors will show photos and tell stories from their books.
The event is free.
