LAKEVIEW — Starting this week, Beermiscuous will offer free beer samples on Tuesday nights.
The beer cafe's "Tasting Tuesday" events run from 5:30-8 p.m. and include two-ounce pours that match the week's theme, said spokesman Andrew Hilsberg.
Some sessions might focus on a certain beer style, while others might highlight a local brewery. Hilsberg said samples are limited, so get there early.
It all kicks off this week with Belgian beers on Tuesday. Beermiscuous, 2812 N. Lincoln Ave., will serve brews it doesn't typically carry to gauge customer interest. Favorites could be added to the regular repertoire.
On July 29, Ravenswood's Begyle Brewing will take over with beer reps and samples.
