CHICAGO — Police arrested three people after a burglary attempt in Albany Park Thursday morning.
About 9:35 a.m., a resident of the 4900 block of North Christiana Avenue returned home to find burglars in the house and called police from a neighbor's house, said Officer Janel Sedevic, a Chicago Police Department spokeswoman.
Officers responded, setting up a perimeter and bringing in a helicopter and K-9 unit to pursue the burglary suspects before arresting three people.
No injuries were reported.
