Kennedy Reversible Lanes to Close Over Weekend for Construction

CHICAGO — The Kennedy Expressway reversible lanes will be closed from 10 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday.

The Jackson entrance ramp to the outbound Kennedy and the left lane of the outbound expressway from Jackson Boulevard to Ogden Avenue will also be closed. 

The closures are part of the Ohio Street Bridge Project, according to a news release from the Illinois Department of Transportation.

Drivers should expect delays while the lanes are closed, according to IDOT.
