SOUTH LOOP — The Second Presbyterian Church will be selling books, plants, jewelry and baked goods from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 12 to benefit its youth outreach and tutoring, and lunch bag programs.

The sale will set up tents at the corner of Michigan Avenue and Cullerton Street selling donated books and jewelry, plants donated by Henry Hampton Florist and baked goods from congregants.

Tables are available for rent by neighbors and vendors for $20 by contacting the church office at 312-225-4951.

Proceeds will benefit youth programming including the church's weekly homework help and tutoring service, staffed by volunteers from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. every Wednesday.
