Fifth Anniversary of Lincoln Park Village at Francis W. Parker School, 330 W. Webster Ave., 5 p.m.

Join the Lincoln Park Village for appetizers, drinks, a silent auction and raffle. The event will also feature "the best of Second City" with an intro by Kelly Leonard. Tickets for the event are $40 for village members and $50 for nonmembers.

Ninth Annual Snubfest at Zanies, 1548 N. Wells St., 8:30 p.m.

The comedy festival showcases comedians snubbed from festivals in the last year. Monday's category is "Storytelling" and comes with an opportunity to be featured on WBEZ's "Afternoon Shift." Performers include Stephanie Douglass, G.P.A., John Leadley, Deanna Moffitt, Mary Lorenz, Patrick J. Salem, Mike Gilford, Erin Lane, Alicia Swiz, Dave Stinton and Paul Whitehouse. Tickets for the show are $20 with the minimum purchase of two beverage or food items.

Kelis at Park West, 322 W. Armitage, 8 p.m.

Fresh off her sixth studio album, "Food," Kelis heads to Park West Monday. Son Little is also expected to perform. Tickets to the 18-and-older show are $20.
