CHICAGO — A four-bedroom Lincoln Park home with a "grand entrance" is listed on the market for $2.95 million.

Built in 1986 and remodeled in 2007, 414 W. Grant Place, Unit A, has nearly 4,900 square feet of interior space and is outfitted with hardwood flooring, audio and an elevator serving every level, according to Baird & Warner's Millie Rosenbloom.

After a "grand entrance through the brick and ornamental iron gate," visitors to the home enter a bluestone-paved patio with a waterfall feature just outside the building.

Inside the home, the entryway features a three-story atrium and a steel-framed staircase. On the first floor are two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms, and a laundry room.

The second floor features a living room and media room, both with balconies, a powder room, a patio with an attached gas grill, and a combination kitchen and dining room.

The kitchen features oak cabinetry, a pull-out pantry, a buffet with a mounted television, two dishwashers, a wine cooler, gas log fireplace and skylight.

The third floor features two bedrooms, including the master suite. The bathroom in the master suite features heated floors and a sauna. The other bedroom has a set of stairs that could be pulled down to access the roof.

The home comes with two garages, one of which is detached from the main building.
