CHICAGO — A piece of Hollywood history is for sale in Lincoln Park.

The house that served as the home of on-the-run murder suspect Richard Kimball in 1993's "The Fugitive" starring Harrison Ford and Tommy Lee Jones is on the market for $3.65 million. It's the third time in recent years the home has been put up for sale.

At 6,129 square feet, the home at 336 W. Wisconsin St. has a wide open layout, as well as a fourth-floor atrium that ups its total square footage to 7,129, said Margaret Wilczek of Koenig Rubloff.

Built in 1985, the home has five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, two partial bathrooms, a detached three-car garage and a heated and covered pool, in addition to the home's famous winding metal staircase — the one on which Ford's Dr. Kimball battled the one-armed man.

Wilczek said the fourth floor offers a great view of Downtown, and could be converted to a roof deck.

She added the wide-open interior and its high walls make the home feel "much like a loft house."

The home's dark-brick exterior and '80s-era architecture make it appear darker than it is, she said.

"You enter the house and say, 'Wow, where did this light come from?'"

The home, she said, is perfect "for somebody who is an artist and wants something different."
