WEST LOOP — CH Distillery is now selling limoncello, a liqueur made with lemons and sugar, in addition to their self-produced vodka, gin, whiskey and rum.

In a partnership with Naples native Giuliana Vitagliano, the distillery will produce and sell the limoncello — made with lemons, vodka, sugar and milk — for $30 a bottle.

CH Co-Founder Tremaine Atkinson said the added milk makes the liqueur perfect as a dessert.

"It's like an adult creamsicle. People are loving it," he said.

Atkinson recommends the 16-proof liqueur either chilled just as is, or shaken in a vodka martini.

The distillery — the only one in the city that distils vodka — opened at 564 W. Randolph St. in August.

While Atkinson said there are currently no future plans for additional liqueurs, Bloody Mary lovers can expect a peppercorn vodka to make an appearance at the distillery later this winter.
