CHICAGO — Blue Line "L" service to O'Hare Airport was restored hours after a train was derailed Monday morning.

A northbound train approaching the O'Hare station derailed about 11:30 a.m., leading the agency to stop trains between Rosemont and O'Hare stations, CTA spokeswoman Catherine Hosinski said.

No injuries were reported, Hosinski said, citing preliminary information.

Trains stopped operating past the Rosemont station after the derailment, though the CTA offered a shuttle bus to commuters between Rosemont and O'Hare in both directions, Hosinski said.
