CHICAGO — A Washington Park man was fatally stabbed during an argument in Back of the Yards Thursday night, police said.

Aaron Knox, 29, was arguing with another man on the porch of a home in the 1000 block of West Garfield Boulevard about 9:36 p.m. Thursday, officials said.

The other man, believed to be in his 20s, grabbed a knife and repeatedly stabbed Knox before running from the scene.

The victim, who lives in the 5600 block of South King Drive, was rushed to Stroger Hopsital in serious condition, officials said.

Knox was pronounced dead at 4:06 a.m. Friday, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
