CHICAGO — A man was injured in a West Town fire Wednesday morning.

Firefighters were called to the scene of the small fire in the 1300 block of West Cortez Street sometime before 10:30 a.m., Chicago Fire Department spokesman Larry Langford said.

A 31-year-old man suffered mild smoke inhalation and was taken to Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center in good condition, the fire department said.
