CHICAGO — A man followed two children before exposing himself to them on June 13, police said.
Police said the man drove alongside two children on the 5200 block of South Loomis Boulevard at about 7:20 a.m. He exposed and fondled himself, then continued following the children as they walked. He then drove away.
The suspect is described as white with spiky gray hair and glasses. He appeared to be 30 to 35 years old and drove a black Chevrolet Blazer.
