CHICAGO — People with weight loss resolutions for 2013 might find some extra encouragement in the Chicago Park District's annual Get Fit For Free Week.
From Jan. 7-13 it won't cost anything to work out in the many fitness centers located inside park district locations across the city, according to the park district.
Fitness classes with aquatic exercise, aerobics and Yoga are other free options — but on a first-come, first-serve basis. Lap swim sessions are also available free of charge.
