CHICAGO – A man was pronounced dead Friday nearly four months after a tree fell on him at a summer picinic, officials said.
Carl Anderson, 43, of the 12200 block of South Halsted Street, died Friday afternoon at RML Specialty Hospital Chicago, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
In August, Anderson was at a picnic in Gary, Ind., when a tree fell on him, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
