Second Man Charged with First-Degree Murder for April Shooting

CHICAGO — A second man was charged Sunday in the murder of a Chatham teen in April, police said.

Keith Anthony, 24, of the 3800 block of West Cermak Road, was charged with first-degree murder in the April 6 death of Jalen Armstrong.

Anthony is a self-described member of the Gangster Disciples, according to police reports.

On Oct. 4, Juan Robinson, 22, was also charged in the shooting that targeted at least four other people, according to the Chicago Tribune. The shooting took place the 800 block of East 81st Street, according to police.
