MANHATTAN SUPREME COURT — The brother of rapper Foxy Brown was arrested on grand larceny charges after a court appearance Thursday where he pleaded not guilty to identity theft charges.

Gavin Marchand, 35, and three other people were arraigned for allegedly using a forged credit card to go on an $8,000 shopping spree at a Madison Avenue Hermès on Aug. 7. While leaving Manhattan Supreme Court after pleading not guilty, Marchand was arrested again.

The new charge was grand larceny, the New York Post reported. Additional details about the charge were not divulged by prosecutors.

Marchand's two friends — Derwin Benoit, 34, and Warren David, 31 — were also arrested.

It is unclear whether the new charges are related to the alleged Hermès incident.

In that case, David allegedly used a forged American Express card to buy $7,882.55 worth of clothes from the Upper East Side boutique, the Post reported.
