TURTLE BAY — For more than $25,000 a month, renters can move into Katharine Hepburn's former brownstone.

The four-story home at 244 East 49th St. recently went on the market for lease for $27,500 a month, Curbed reported.

Hepburn, the star of screen classics The Philadelphia Story  and On Golden Pond, lived at the home for over 60 years, the Real Deal reported.

The house sits across the street from the Permanent Mission of Sierra Leone and the Peruvian Consulate.

Although the home has been completely renovated since Hepburn's time, it is decorated with the movie star's own photographs and watercolors, the Deal reported.

The star's original dressing room, however, remains intact.
