MANHATTAN — The streets of SoHo were turned into a voyeur's paradise Thursday as a slew of beautiful women and hard-bodied men posed for pictures wearing nothing but their underwear, the Daily News reported.
At least six models took part in the underwear photo shoot in the swanky Manhattan neighborhood at the prompting of filmmaker Jason Stein, who came up with the idea for an unnamed foreign apparel designer, the News reported.
"I feel like a real woman," actress Mia Perovetz, 27, told the paper. "This is fun."
Perovetz walked up Crosby Street wearing dark pink panties and a pink lace bra with a floral print as onlookers stopped to gawk and take pictures of the her and the other models.
"It is like being at the beach but in Manhattan," Nick Gannascoli, 40, told the News. "A little beauty never hurt anybody."
Not everyone was amused by the midday underwear parade.
"This is a disgrace," Canadian tourist Gina Curatolo, 46, told the paper. "Everything has to be taken to the 10th degree."
